Event Manager (offline) $700-1000

Your experience.

- 2+ years of Experience in events organization;
- Good project management skills;
- Excellent vendor management skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, and analytical skills;
- Excellent Team player;
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success;
- Time and self-management: punctuality, following deadlines, creativity, and responsibility;
- Upper-intermediate or fluent level of English.

Will be a plus.

- Experience in HR field in a multinational IT company.

Your impact.

- Manage full-circle internal events process including planning, budgeting, working with vendors, events promotion, and feedback;
- Work closely with our hiring team on external events organization;
- Manage and maintain the company’s corporate image and identity, SWAG;
- Manage internal communications together with the HR team;
- Be a cultural advocate: propose and execute cultural efforts to support employee engagement and affinity within the HealthJoy organization.
