Head of Customer Support (offline)

You come with:
— At least 2 years of commercial experience.
— Relevant experience in a b2c customer service market.
— Upper-Intermediate English (oral and written).
— Strong analytical skills.
— Desire to manage the processes and team.

Responsibilities:
— Development and implementation of the client service strategy.
— Building and maintaining the client journey map.
— NPS strategy development: implement, track, analyze.
— Developing trust relationships with clients.
— Working with key customer needs and requirements to improve the product.
— Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
— Team management (2 people).

— Flexible schedule. The working day should start between 8 - 10:30 am.
