The Analyst People & Culture role is responsible for managing and reporting on Aristocrat’s people data using the Workday system. This role requires great attention to detail and an appetite for constantly improving People & Culture system, processes, and reports.

Required skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years Workday system or other HRIS experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Works under general direction; must be able to work independently.
- 2-4 years of People & Culture related experience
- 2-4 years of data management and reporting experience

- Executes and manages day to day People & Culture transactions in the Workday system.
- Collaborates with other People & Culture analysts across the globe to deliver on business requirements and technology.
- Partners with the People & Culture team and the business to understand technology needs and provide exceptional customer support.
- Manages and ensures the accuracy of all People & Culture data and reporting.
- Maintains, produces, and distributes regular required (weekly/ monthly/annually) reports to employees, mangers, People & Culture, Finance, Payroll, Senior Business Leaders
- Identifies and supports the implementation of process improvements to gain efficiency and ensure data integrity throughout the Workday system.
- Ensures that SLAs are maintained and escalates when appropriate.
