Assistance Product Owner (offline)

Rocket Effect is looking for an Assistant Product Owner. Our web application solves sales and marketing problems for family entertainment businesses across the globe (Primarily USA). Parts of the solution are developed and already successfully sold to industry leading clients from the US market and we are looking to expand upon the current application with your help.

Responsibilities:

Support business owner in creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.

Communicating the product vision and making sure it is understood.

Facilitates the conversation and negotiations between business and IT.

Writes user stories and supporting artifacts.

Participates in backlog refinement, grooming and prioritization.

Identify and close gaps in the acceptance and the input to the testing activities.

Support business owner in defining with team solutions, technology, and team facing items.

Implement behavior driven development and agile into the project.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in product management or ownership.

Previous experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills.

Strong team player, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking.

Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment.
