Graphic Designer (offline)

The Role:
We’re a bootstrapped startup, and with our technical founding team, we’ve reached product-market fit using our industry-leading video capture and insights platform. We’re looking to grow our product team to help guide our platform redesign. We’re a design-obsessed company and looking to hire a graphic designer to help with designing creative ads and brand assets.
One of our primary goals with the role is to provide an aesthetic direction for the interface and create graphics.

Responsibilities:
- Work on a small, agile team
- Help with designing creative ads and brand assets
- Help on the visual/interface design side
- Collaborate with UX designers and engineers through design sprints to implement features
- Collect metrics and talk to real people, and use that feedback to improve the experience.
- Design for web-based products on desktop and mobile

Minimum experience:
- Experience in web or print graphic design
- Presence on the Dribbble platform
- Attention to detail
- Strong graphic design skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Figma
