Technical Recruiter (offline)

Requirements

- 2+ year of experience in IT recruiting in a product, gaming, outsourcing companies or recruiting agencies;
- Experience in leading a full-cycle recruitment process;
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media;
- Deep understanding of the software development domain;
- Experience with ATS systems (we use Workable);
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers);
- Experience working with hiring managers;
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools (not only LinkedIn, Djinni, etc.);
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- High communication and negotiation skills;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Thinking out of the box, creative, proactive person.
