Searching for candidates (trainee — middle levels) for opened positions in INSART
Maintenance of incoming resume database
Resume screening for compliance with job requirements of a vacancy
Checking candidates’ English level

Required skills

Knowledge of recruitment (completed courses)
General knowledge of IT terminology
Experience with Google services (or knowledge)
Upper-intermediate level of English (strong writing skills, good communication skills).
Ability to establish a strong rapport with candidates, team members, hiring managers
Strong time management skills
Ability to present information clearly.
Ability to be responsible for the result.
Ability to work both in a team and alone.
Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed as well as to work within a team
Positive and friendly attitude.
Higher education
