We are looking for Technical Support Engineer to join our team and to be a valuable asset to our company.

OnApp software makes it easy for hosts, Telcos, and MSPs to build their own successful cloud and CDN services.

And now we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Team.


Fluent English and good communication skills.
1+ years of experience in a software company.
Base knowledge of Linux (RedHat based)
Base knowledge of SQL
Base knowledge of networking.
Ability to work in a 24/7 schedule (3 shifts per week).

It Will be a plus:

Web/mail/MySQL/DNS services on Linux (any Unix based OS)
Experience in virtualization systems (Xen, KVM, VMware)
Experience in hardware storages and data over Ethernet (iSCSI, AOE, etc)
