Raiffeisen Bank International is seeking for a proactive Employer Brand & People Lead (EBP Lead) experienced in IT-area to provide our company with exceptional HR services.
The EBP Lead defines recruiting strategy and is responsible for HR-Brand strategy, talent acquisition, development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. As an EBP Lead in Ukraine you will build employee relations, careers coaching, health and safe company environment.
What does the job offer?
General:
• The EBP Lead will define, set-up and manage HR processes (recruiting & interviewing, employer’s branding, onboarding & adaptation, assessment & performance evaluation, training & development, internal communication, retention & motivation, offboarding)
• Make job market research and inform stakeholders about market tendencies and trends
• Monitor career levels of employees
• Initiate and take part in People Operations
• Create guidelines for improving HR culture and performance
• Develop and implement HR relevant documents (manuals) to ensure a smooth flow of information
• Evaluate possible trainings and education options for the company staff
• Manage, coach, motivate HR team and actively coordinate with management team in Austrian office of RBI
• Report to Transformation & Workforce Management Team in Vienna, Austria
Recruiting:
• Setting/performing/adjusting recruitment strategies to find highly qualified candidates
• Managing open vacancies and setting priorities for HR team
• Monitoring salary ranges on the market
• Developing/optimizing recruiting and interview guidelines
• Scheduling and organizing interview processes
• Getting information from internal customers and Delivery Managers on further needs in resources
• Reviewing job advertisements, statistics about success/failure of a recruitment campaigns
• Manage the logistics of the recruiting process
• Sets-up KPIs metrics and recruitment funnels
Retention:
• Develop and implement Company social package
• Build positive work-environment and employee relations
• Organize on-/offboarding, adaptation, assessment processes and ensure its proper execution
• Organize company and social events
Your essential qualities:
• At least 7 years of general HR experience including 2+ years of experience as lead HR manager/HR generalist in IT domain
• Proven knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
• Strong Interpersonal skills. Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
• Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
• Advanced+ English (both verbal/written)
• Strong leadership skills. Ability to manage and motivate the team
• Excellent knowledge of Labor law and practices
• Higher university degree. Additional education in Human resources would be a big plus
• Experience with Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding Agile mindset
