Business Systems Analyst (offline)

You will be involved in developing an innovative chat-bot platform from scratch. The product will help to build different business solutions. A company with offices all over the world, that owns a brand that brings together thousands of experts from independent companies providing services in audit, management, financial consulting.

Your future dynamic and friendly team (25-30 people and more) consists of: Developers (Back-end and Front-end), QA Engineers, Application Architect, Technical Delivery Managers and Business Systems Analysts.

Requirements:
- Ability to work with raw information in order to create requirements for developers;
- Create INVEST documentation;
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;
- Excellent English;
- Ability to speak the same language with developers, designers and business;
- Strong desire to learn new technologies when it's needed for successful requirements development;
- Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market.

Role and responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with development and design team;
- Various documentation development (User stories, nFRs, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc);
- Participation in Enterprise products for a big company;
- Close communication with customer from the stage of project kick-off to support;
- Preparation and conduct of Demo meetings;
- Participation in project coordination: estimation, planning and execution control of the project;
- Participation in testing scenarios creation, test cases review, user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Validation of mockups with design team as well as Backend documentation validation;
- Constant communication with Engagement Team of the customer for the purpose to formulate or specify the existing requirements;
- Detailed User Stories, prepare Use Cases and create UML charts;
- Support and create the necessary project documentation useful for developers’ teams;
- Daily Scrum meetings participation;
- Assign tasks to a team of developers and designers.
