Technical Support Engineer (offline)

About:
Our client is developing electro-mechanical devices for dairy farms, pulsators and automatic detachers. This solution is a leading in industry with advanced animal monitoring solutions based on activity and rumination sensors.

Responsibilities:
- Сreating solutions for system issues (on Linux user space level);
- Giving a solutions to developers and QA teams for OS system and networking issues;
- Solving remotely field issues on customer sites.

Requirements:
- Experience in taking part of Tier-3 support of end-user, OS system issues;
- Experience with VMware vSphere;
- Ability to analyse and troubleshot system and network related problems;
- Experience with MySQL configurations, query write experience;
- Experience in Manual Software QA engineering (experience in writing STP/STD documentations);
- Experience of work with Linux OS;
- Knowledge in writing Shell scripts;
- English — Upper Intermediate level or higher.

Would be a plus:
- Experience with AWS services;
- Experience at writing configuration scripts (Python).
