- manage network and security devices (like Juniper, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.)

What you need in this role:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position, in a software company
- Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
- Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
- Experience in support of network security software products
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented

Will be a plus:
- Linux script languages (PERL, shell)

What you'll do:
- get a training and become an expert of the best products in network security niche
- provide tech support for 1,800 customers in 80 countries
- guide customers and engineers in product installation, operations and troubleshooting
- support customers via email, phone and through webcasts
- escalate cases to the needed department
