Promo/Retention manager (offline)

Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of Internet marketing for at least 1 year (iGaming sector);
- Creative thinking and analytical skills;
- Experience in development, implementing, and supporting promo campaigns & bonus policies;
- Experience in developing a successful promotional strategy for the project;
- Ability to analyze and optimize existing promo activities.
- English — Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:
- Creating a promotional plan for the product;
- Carrying out and control of regular promotional activities;
- Participation in the development of new and optimization of the current types of promotional activities;
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional materials;
- A/B testing of promotional materials on live traffic, analysis and optimization of conversions;
- Research of competitors’ promotional materials.
