Junior Business Analyst (offline)

We are seeking an active Business Analyst who is able to drive business and software requirements area, collaborate tightly with the customer and development team.

We are a company with established processes through a whole delivery chain from sales to production go live and support.
We invite you to take part in the development of an ERP system for real estate
renting management with a huge impact on the overall market in the Nordics. The system is built using mainstream SDLC models, utilizing best engineering practices, introducing latest technology stacks with gradual improvement of both development and testing processes.

Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis (e.g. business process descriptions), requirements workshops, surveys, on-site visits, and many other techniques
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information, needs, and requirements and then deliver the following artifacts as needed: vision documents, software requirements documents, use cases, user stories
Serve as the conduit between the internal and external stakeholders and the software development team through the requirements flow
Manage and maintain requirements from inception to retirement, assess changes, drive requirements prioritization and approval

Requirements
At least 1 year of commercial experience in the IT industry developing web solutions
Experience in writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria
Non-functional requirements analysis experience will be an advantage
Ability to read technical documentation, APIs analysis experience
Experience in wireframes development, understanding the main trends in modern web UX/UI will be a plus
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
Understanding of UML will be a plus
BA certification will be a plus
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
