UI Designer (offline)

Requirements:
1+ year of commercial UI Design experience.

Communication:
● Strong, fluent English; Ability to effectively present and communicate your visual design solutions within stakeholders and team;
● Understanding of USA culture and specific communication habits.

Strong UI portfolio that consists of web and mobile UI design cases.

Activities:
● UI design based on provided wireframes (Figma);
● UI Kit creation;
● Prototyping (Figma);
● Illustration;
● Basic understanding of software development fundamentals, technologies, and general application constructs – will be a plus.

Tools:
● Figma (strong experience using Components, Auto Layout, and building Prototypes);
● Adobe Photoshop;
● Adobe Illustrator;
● Adobe After Effects or other animation tool(s);
● Sketch & Zeplin – will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Product Design Phase:
● Build modern UI for projects under the Product Design Phase;
● Team: work closely with UX designer, project stakeholders (clients), project manager, BA, and tech team to achieve maximum results.

Internal activities:
● Work with Marketing/HR/BD on ORIL marketing and visual materials (i.e. website, graphics etc.);
● Continuously work on improving design processes and quality of work;
● Actively engage in Design Department life.

Other activities: maintain, support, and work on other client projects.

Product Design:
● A process that we established to build products that would have competitive strength because of insights found during UX activities and polished modern UI work, candidate will work on the latter;
● Communications is a major component of this process so that the candidate should have great communication skills and speak English fluently;
● Most of the time Product Design Phase is aimed to create designs for product MVP.
