IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in IT recruiting
- Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche technical talent
- Ability to take initiative and work independently;
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Particularly, friendly and engaging phone demeanor
- English at Intermediate level

Responsibilities:
- Heavy communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates
- Conduct targeted research to locate and source qualified active and passive candidates
- Screen and assess candidates, present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration
- Facilitate and participate in candidate interviews
- Understand market conditions to assist in developing new and innovative recruiting strategies
- Partner with external agencies
- Assist with job posting and advertising processes
- Drive the company’s Employee Referral Program
