Middle React Developer (offline)

The product of our German client is the platform for home and living. The app offers everything that home lovers need for planning, renovating and decorating their homes. This is a platform for architects, interior designers and people that want to change their home environment.
Main goals of it – a search for specialists that can give your home a new breeze; inspiration for new ideas. More than 100.000 architects, designers, and other professionals present their work on this platform and acquire new business. Since 2013, they expanded to more than 35 countries worldwide and continue growing now.


Experience / Skills:
Must have:

Experience with Javascript (ES6), CSS (Sass/Less) and semantic HTML5
Experience with React framework (at least 2 years)
Experience with web design and UI development and/or design
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
Technical education
You think in solutions instead of problems and have a real ‘can do’ mentality
Embrace change and have a self-starter mentality, team player
You have the ability to task juggle and a good sense of prioritizing

Good to have:

Knowledge of Ruby, in particular with the Rails framework is a big plus
Experience with Flexbox

Responsibilities:

Implementing upcoming features along our full-stack, with special focus on the UI
Maintaining and revamping the UI/UX of existing features
Have an active contribution in re-designing and future-proofing our website
Direct collaboration with client’s team
