Responsibilities:
* Analyze business requirements and business needs
* Provide the business guidance and direction for system changes
* Create technical design and technical specifications for business solutions
* Change management support
* Development support
* Perform full testing activities on several projects and provide reporting

Background:
* 3+ years of experience business/system analysis;
* Upper-intermediate English.

Skills:
* Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development methodologies. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum;
* Knowledge of data modeling and data flows modeling, data mapping;
* Knowledge of basic principles of SQL & relational databases, NoSQL databases;
* Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques (UML, BPMN);
* Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence);
* Good experience in working with REST APIs, SoapUI, XML
* Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills;
* Excellent knowledge of bug life cycle
* Experience in Test Design, Test Case creation and maintenance
* Experience in testing complex software applications

Big advantage:
* Experience with healthcare systems and healthcare standards like HL7 FHIR, HL7 v3

Nice to have:
* Understanding of programming languages (PHP, Java or Python)
* Experience with web automation tools (e.g. Selenium Webdriver)
* Experience of using version control systems (e.g. GIT)
* Experience of using message brokers (RabbitMQ)
* Test automation
