Our Expectations
Required
●4+ years of experience in selling software development services
●Experience in working with pre-sales engineers/teams (selling "solutions" - not only"outstaffing/team augmentation")
●Experience in selling Healthcare, Education, Retail, Logistics, and Transportation,FinTech, Media & Entertainment, AI/ML solutions
●Ability to create a well-structured and clear proposal
●Successful background in complex, executive-level sales processes
●Ability to work in a continuous multi-task atmosphere
●High level of energy, motivation, and "true" sales mentality
●Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
●Fluent English
Your Responsibilities
●Close deals to meet personal KPI and quotes
●Work with inbound leads (no cold-calling, emailing, etc.)
●Drive sales process and pre-sales team
●Prepare and negotiate proposals
●Contracts review and negotiation
●Account management
●Maintain accurate timely records in CRM
●Represent ITRex Group at various conferences and industry events
