Performance Marketing Lead (offline)

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to be responsible for lead generation and customer acquisition with a focus on the upper and middle funnel. You will be identifying paid channels, and continuously working with optimization for each channel, with the overall ambition to drive growth for the US market.

Responsibilities:
- Owning digital marketing strategy;
- Building and scaling paid search and social accounts (Google Ads, - Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and others);
- Planning and execution of user acquisition tactics, driving traffic and lead generation through chosen paid channels;
- Briefing, launching, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all channels;
- Optimizing creatives, ads and landing page based on A/B tests to ensure best possible spend optimization;
- Building funnel analytics and analyzing data to determine campaign efficiency;
- Forecasting budgets and monitoring spend and volume pacing;
- Maintaining cross-functional relationships.

What we are looking for:
- Over 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing;
- Track record of building and growing large online ads accounts;
- In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution;
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements;
- Analytical, data-driven mindset;
- Strong collaborative skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Upper-intermediate English.
