Content Strategist (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Create and facilitate (with supervision/support) workshops with clients to identify/develop content requirements, future-state content inventories, editorial workflows, page tables;
- Create a content strategy to support business goals and audience needs;
- Partner with UX and design to translate content strategy into interface design and functionality;
- Partner with client to enhance, edit and reformat legacy content, and identify new content for creation;
- Conduct content audits;
- Develop content inventories, gap analyses, content mapping documentation;
- Create editorial workflows customized to client culture and resourcing
- Create structured content for CMS implementers;
- Set guidelines for the editorial tone, style, and voice of all content, as well as create governance documents for clients where appropriate;
- Help create taxonomies and metadata frameworks for grouping and tagging content;
- Experience in working with tools such as Screaming Frog, Majestic, SEMrushand Google Search Console.
