Project manager (offline)

Required skills
• 3+ years of IT experience in managing position;
• Understanding of software development life cycle;
• Knowledge of software development processes;
• Planning, analyzing, controlling and reporting skills;
• People management and team development skills;
• Business analytics skills;
• Communication, presentation skills;
• Fluent spoken English;
• Proficiency in using project management tools;

As a plus
• Experience working with large enterprise clients;
• Understanding of basics of web development;

Responsibilities
• Lead project discovery phase to make sure all requirements and acceptance criteria are defined and well understood
• Plan projects and resources in the team
• Ensure the project is delivered within the agreed scope, budget and time frame
• Identify project risks and plan their mitigation
• Prioritize tasks and utilize resources in an efficient way
• Facilitate communication between all project participants
• Report project status to stakeholders on regular basis
• Handle required project documentation through entire project lifecycle
• Ensure the project deliverables comply with the set acceptance criteria and perform sanity checks from business perspective after internal QA, but before handing off for UAT
• Estimate change requests on ongoing projects together with the team
• Estimate new projects when team capacity allows for that
• Lead and motivate the team
• Contribute to process improvements
