Requirements
Experience in IT Staffing/Headhunting (1+ years)
Good knowledge of the IT market and its main players, Industry Salary Ranges, and Market trends
HR Interviewing experience
A solid pool of connections
Good Networking skills

Responsibilities
Recruiting/headhunting
Interviewing candidates
Work closely with Hiring managers, Sales, Delivery and Talent Supply Manager
Direct communication with the customer on presenting the candidates, facilitating interviews
Inside and outside PR (Participation in various IT events)
Job Marketing, Company Brand promotion
Experience in IT Staffing/Headhunting (1+ years)
Good knowledge of the IT market and its main players, Industry Salary Ranges, and Market trends
HR Interviewing experience
Solid pool of connections
