UI/UX Designer (offline)

Responsibilities:
-Being part of the Discovery phase of the project. Understand all aspects of this process and be responsible for the design side.
-Creating web and mobile application Interfaces that will provide the user with a successful interaction and product target achievement.
-Develop user interface of the product, according to design guidelines and internal process.
-Have a basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies in terms of the software development process and for work organization.
-Be able to estimate the time required to complete the tasks and follow your own commitment.
-Continuously improve professional skills both through the company and yourself. Keep track of the trends in UI/UX, explore new tools and techniques.

Requirements:
-2+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
-English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
-Good expertise in designing mobile (iOS and Android) and web interfaces using any comfortable tool (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
-Strong knowledge in any prototyping tool (InVision, Marvel, etc.)
-Experience in dev-collaborative tools (i.e. Zeplin, Avocode, etc.)
-Strong presentation and communication skills.
-Attention to details and absolute focus on the quality of work.
-The big advantage would be the experience in motion design
