Product Owner/Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of business value by owning the team backlog, defining functionality and its acceptance criteria, and leading the refinement and preparation of iteration and product increment planning
- Requirements development and validation with the development team and client stakeholders
- Participation in pre-sales
- Project and people management
- Communicate with client stakeholders and other company’s departments
- Contribute to strategic account development
- Reporting and knowledge base creation/maintenance
- Be a sponge learner

Skills Required
- Basic tech knowledge (SQL, Client/Server, API)
- Fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Experience in creating process documentation, specifications, diagrams
- Ability to identify use cases and prioritize them with a focus on a maximum value
- Experience working following Scrum and/or Kanban
- Clear understanding of Lean and Agile approaches
- Advanced level of English
- Willingness to dive under to hood of UI/UX
