GMTP’s Web Apps team is concentrating on the development of B2B SaaS applications that empower entrepreneurs all over the world. Our current portfolio includes an eCom web app for Shopify-based online stores and a content management system for Suspilne.

We’re looking for a Technical Writer who will create, edit, and review technical and user documentation for our software products. In this role, you’ll work with internal resources, interview developers, and attend engineering meetings to gather, write, and publish a variety of top-quality learning materials such as helpdesk articles, training videos, and interactive guidelines. By joining our team, you will have a rare opportunity to become an expert in the eCom SaaS field with multi-product and cross-platform experience.

What you will do:
— create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation;
— periodically test both the product and its documentation for accuracy and consistency;
— manage our support inbox, resolving technical issues presented by customers;
— identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their improvement.

About you:
— 1+ year in technical writing (or software customer support);
— C1 or higher written English level;
— can quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures;
— basic familiarity with software development life cycle;
— excellent communication skills, ability to ask right questions;
— great research skills combined with critical thinking;
— client-oriented approach and patience in troubleshooting;
— systematic mindset;
— can thrive in a startup environment where self-direction and initiative are highly encouraged.

Nice to have:
— experience in developing SaaS documentation;
— technical background;
— advanced spoken English.
