IT Recruiter (offline)

Skills required:
- 1+ year of recruiting experience
- General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
- Excellent communicational and organizational skills, result-oriented, responsible, quick learner with the ability to multitask (you’ll have an opportunity to grow in HR field at our company)
- Intermediate English

Responsibilities:
- Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels
- Perform full recruitment life cycle with the ability to screen and interview candidates
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates
- Provide candidates with the feedback after each interview stage
- Maintain recruitment-related reports
- Write complete and detailed job descriptions
