QA Engineer (offline)

Key requirements:
4+ years of direct experience with testing. Preferably experience with testing on different levels
• Basic knowledge of javascript (ECMAScript 2015+), node.js to maintain and update existing automation scripts
• Strong knowledge of Agile Development, Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration
• Experience testing both UI and APIs, web and mobile apps
• English — Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have:
• Experience in fin-tech projects
• Experience with Data testing and Data quality validation
• Experience with relational, document-oriented, in-memory & key-value databases

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product and development teams to understand requirements and technical specifications
• Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities
• Create test plans & cases, automation tests for new features, and enhancements to existing ones
• Work with a support team to investigate issues and perform root cause analysis
• Establish best practices for the QA team across all projects
• Build a team to successfully ensure all major software releases meet a high-quality standard
