Project:
● Client: Distributed Energy Resources (DER) management platform
● Client’s location: USA, New York
● Client’s customers are real utilities managing the real electrical grid that supports the normal lives of millions of real people. So they care a lot about keeping service available.

Responsibilities
● Improve the safety and reliability of our system
● Increase developer throughput by improving tooling for observability, monitoring, alerting, and deployment
● Build tooling to manage our varied infrastructure needs

Requirements
● Linux system administration skills
● AWS management experience
● Experience administering a CI/CD workflow
● Experience with configuration management or infrastructure-as-code tools
● Experience working on a professional web development team
● English level B1 or higher

Nice-to-have experience
● Travis CI or Jenkins
● Python/Java - it’s useful to understand the codebase even if you won’t spend that much time in it
● Ansible
● Experience with Docker, especially Fargate
● MongoDB database management
