I. Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to define product roadmap and vision, execute strategies to achieve business goals;
- Identify opportunities based on based on market needs, competition, and user requirements;
- Deliver the operating plan: setting product goals, achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers;
- Define functional specifications of the product and manage the cross-function group of people that would work on the project including developers, designers, business development, sales, and marketing;
- Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation;
- Be responsible for managing and implementing sales and marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
II. Skills & Competencies Required
- Bachelor degree;
- Proficiency in English;
- Hands-on experience in managing technical software products from concept to launch, preferably online marketplace and stores, digital distribution and e-commerce platform, games, and payments;
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing;
- Experience working with cross-cultural and remotely located teams and cross functional partners/stakeholders.
