Middle IT Recruiter (offline)

RESPONSIBILITY:

* Searching for best-match candidates for open positions
* Posting vacancies on job sites
* Increasing and updating internal candidates’ database
* Organization and conducting interviews
* Providing vacancies status reports
* Maintaining CRM
* IT-market monitoring
* Working with internal customers: PMs, Team Leads, Heads of Departments, etc.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

* Must have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting in the IT industry in a Game Dev, Product, Outsourcing companies or IT recruitment agencies
* Understanding of game development company’s functioning and product company culture specificities
* Excellent searching skills (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, StackOverflow, GitHub, UpWork, etc.)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
