Recruitment Researcher (offline)

Required skills:

— Experience as a Researcher/Recruiter assistant/Recruiter of finished courses;
— English level - Intermediate and higher;
— Strong research skills (understanding of modern tools for sourcing and X-Ray,
Boolean search, etc.);
— Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively.

Personal skills:

• Good team player, open to communicate and collaborate;
• Good ability to learn;
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Internet recruiting;
• Sourcing potential candidates by utilizing job boards, internal database, advertising and
other resources;
• Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates;
• Initial contact with candidates;
• Market research.
