A Pro with at least 2 years in marketing or HR management with a clear understanding of online and offline channels
A Partner who values collaboration and builds relationships at all levels of the organization and within the HR Marketing team, a fundamental understanding of the role of transparency and teamwork
Experienced in marketing campaigns execution, post-analysis. IT industry-related experience is preferable, so that you can understand the target audience
A Pro with excellent command of English


Out-of-the-box initiatives to catch candidates' eyes (from banner ads to staffing strategies), managing and empowering staffing activities in Kyiv
Marketing campaigns (not just events, but for them as well) to promote SoftServe competencies, projects, and people
Talent Operations teams, recruiters, delivery leaders, tech people, marketers, designers, HRs, and many others, understanding business need and making it a goal for the campaign
IT market trends and staying in touch with main external communities, supporting them in their development and work side-by-side on increasing the level of market education
Employer Branding activities such as participation in events, online activities, campaigns, company presentations, etc.


Create and implement programs that will affect more than 4k of associates and attract potential candidates with common goals
Empower SoftServe brand as an employer via internal activities and initiatives
Work closely with Global Talent Operations team, Social Media and Digital specialists, TOP SoftServe brand-ambassadors, and community leaders to understand the market and make them all be parts of one global picture
