Customer Success Manager (offline) $600-1500

In order to effectively serve our clients need to make effective use of the Salesforce CRM platform and its applications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and/or also providing support of our AC products. However, many of our clients lack the training, knowledge, or support they need to do so. This is where we step in, and this is where you can help. As a key member of our technical AC team, the Customer Success Manager helps our customers meet their needs by providing Salesforce administration support and training, and driving ongoing system improvements in client databases.
This is an extremely customer-focused role with a lot of client interaction, so a passion for working with people is essential. It is also important to be able to carry a big-picture perspective regarding client organizations and their needs while providing assistance to them.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will ideally come with some experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Business Development, or another client-facing role.

2. Strong organization and presentation skills;
3. Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals;
4. Ability to work with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers;
5. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required;
6. Willing to learn new products.
