IT Reseacher (offline)

Responsibilities:

*Search for wide range of IT professionals (engineers, testers, developers and architects)
*Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
*Create a wide candidate pool and updating CV search database
*Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
*Prescreening candidates
*Work closely together with other members of the recruitment team
*Maintain job advertisements (LinkedIn, job boards)

Requirements:

*Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar roles
*Good level of English (written and spoken)
*Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT candidates
*Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
*Self-initiative, proactive and enthusiastic person, with sense of humor
*Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly
*Ability to work independently and as a team member
*Proactive and goal-oriented
*Multitasking
