IT Researcher (offline)

Requirements:
— At least 6 months of relevant experience;
— Knowledge of possible sourcing channels and methods for recruitment;
— Basic knowledge of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.);
— Strong written and verbal communication skills;
— English — Intermediate.

Nice to have:
— Knowledge of Boolean / X-ray search and possible sourcing channels for recruitment.

Responsibilities:
— Apply modern sourcing techniques and right channels to find the right candidate;
— Reviewing resumes and pre-screening of candidates;
— Contact potential candidates;
— Communicate with the Recruitment team;
— Work with the internal database and CRM program;
— Be involved into market investigation/research.
