Необходимые навыки
• Basic knowledge in MS SQL;
• Experience in troubleshooting demanding high attention to details;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Serious and responsible attitude;
• Speaking and writing English (Pre-Intermediate level).

Будет плюсом
• Basic knowledge and practical skills in working with Tortoise SVN.
• Basic knowledge and practical skills in working with servers Windows;
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence (preferred, not required);

• Exchanging information between responsible teams;
• Proper interaction with engineers;
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets.
