We are working with AI, but we are looking for a human being who will work with other humans which is a much more complicated task to do than working with machines.

What is required:
— At least 1+ year of professional experience in HR / People / Talent functions;
— Upper-intermediate or higher level of English;
— Analytical thinking;
— Well-bred oral and written speech;
— Extremely organized and attentive to details;
— Ability to plan your own work, to proactively set your own tasks and priorities;
— Ability to keep your performance on a high level without constant monitoring;
— Ability to work in multitasking mode;
— Excellent presentation and public speaking skills;
— Willingness to learn and develop skills in corporate training direction.

Responsibilities:
— Advising on adaptation, motivation, learning, and retention initiatives;
— Conducting onboarding;
— Working with Managers and Teams to improve quality of cooperation and business unit performance;
— Supporting the research, design, and development of HR initiatives;
— Providing timely & efficient solutions to any issues from managers and team members;
— Conducting classroom and training, providing feedback to managers;
— Providing workshops customized to the team’s needs;
— Organization and implementation of training programs in all company;
— Support of the process of online training and certification of employees.
