Requirements:
⁃ Healthy English level (upper-intermediate+)
⁃ At least 1 year of experience working in outsourcing/outstaffing field
⁃ Understanding of SDLC, technologies and methodologies
⁃ Willingness to “perform” not pure to “work”
⁃ Experience working with Upwork, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Responsibilities:
⁃ Managing the LeadGen work and constantly improve LeadGen processes
⁃ Handling pre-sales/sales activities
⁃ Discovering new ways for attracting clients through different channels (inbound, outbound, refferal)
⁃ Performing account-management activities
⁃ Achieving monthly KPIs
