Junior IT Researcher (offline)

Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in searching for IT vacancies
Understanding and experience with technical screening and selecting CV’s
Knowledge/skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (Linkedin, X-ray, Github etc.)
Excellent writing and speaking communication skills
English — at least Intermediate level

Responsibilities:
Various types of web research (develop a list of suitable candidates, provide additional details as requested, and prepare market analysis based on other criteria)
Daily Linkedin/skype/e-mail communication with potential candidates
You will work with the ATS (we use Cleverstaff)
Help planning interviews
