We are looking for a Personal Manager to join our growing team.
What we expect from you:
◼ Have at least 2 years of administrative experience. ◼ Have strong oral and written communication skills including a precise command of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and the correct usage of the English language. ◼ Organizational skills, and independence in decision-making. ◼ Be able to work on multiple tasks with changing priorities. ◼ Communication, flexibility, punctuality, systematicity and discipline, and business etiquette. ◼ Compliance with non-disclosure of confidential information. ◼ Excellent working skills with MS Office, Google Suite, etc.
Your responsibilities:
◼ Providing administrative assistance such as composing and editing letters, documents, emails, and proposals, and ensuring a follow-up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies. ◼ Realization of personal assignments of TOP managers of the company. ◼ Organization of business trips for company managers (hotel reservations, ticket reservations for all types of transport (air, rail, bus)). ◼ Preparation of accompanying documents (calculation of the business trip estimate, creation of applications for payment of services, issuance of advances, and refund of travel expenses, etc.). ◼ Reporting on work performed. ◼ Research topics as requested. ◼ Help in preparing presentations.
