CEX.IO is looking for a proactive and results-driven Associate Brand Manager.
You:
Have experience in establishing and maintaining organic communication with users and partners across social media platforms, forums, blogs, ranking resources.
Can develop, support, and extend brand awareness, positive reputation, and loyalty in close cooperation with the Marketing and HR Teams.
Easily connect with people, and able to turn customer negative experiences (brand perception) into positive ones.
Conduct market research to keep up to date with the industry trends and incorporate them into the brand communication strategy.
Understand the magic of implementing the communication strategy into trackable actions with measurable results.
Consistently carry out messaging of the brand narrative across the various web resources. Can be a brand evangelist that inspires people to be the same.
Are an excellent storyteller who can transform customer stories into unique brand content.
The position is remote-fist, so you need to be comfortable communicating with the team online across different time zones.

Self-direction, resourcefulness, commitment to deadlines, and attention to detail.
