Lead Generation Manager» (offline)

Requirements:

English — upper-intermediate. Flawless communication skills, both written and oral;
Ability to overcome objections, listen, and ask key questions to determine clients' needs;
Willingness to take on challenges, self-motivation, results-driven, positive and professional attitude;
Attention to details;
Analytical thinking.

Will be plus:

Experience in lead generation in IT;
Sufficient competence in German for negotiations and document translation.
Responsibilities:
Research the pools of potential clients in professional networks and other platforms within focus markets, campaigns;
Initiate the first contact with potential clients;
Communicate with potential clients until further transfer to sales development representative;
Proactively develop creative ways to engage with potential clients and research new channels.
