Upper Junior/Middle Business Analyst (experience in IT) (offline)

Responsibilities:

Collect business requirements using interviews, document analysis & requirements workshops.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
Create wireframes, screen mockups, dataflow diagrams and carry on technical discussions with the Development team.
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Collaborate with project managers and other project team members to ensure on-time delivery.
Verify that test scenarios written by QA team covers the requirements.
Data discrepancy investigation.
Facilitating and coordinating system demo to the end users.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1,5+ years of experience as Functional System Analyst/Business Analyst in the IT sphere.
Good Communication skills.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile development processes.
A logical, analytical and creative approach to problems and attention to detail.
The ability to work both in a team and alone and to manage your own workload.
Ability to work with distributed teams.
English - upper-intermediate to fluent - is a MUST.

Nice to have Skills:

University degree in Computer Science/Business Management.
Good SQL DB Knowledge.
Experience working with large scale applications (ERP & CRM systems).
