Data Engineer (offline)

Our customer is a group of over 70 innovative developers, analysts and testers divided over three countries and working in 14 scrum teams. Together we create and develop software for the agricultural market. We support farmers by automating their working environment, ensuring their data exchange runs smoothly and providing them with smart devices and accurate reports to ensure optimum operations in their businesses.

Responsibilities:
Gather and model data and make data available
Build and maintain an ETL-process to prepare data for reporting
Assist your colleagues to create reports and overviews
Keep your knowledge up to date by following future developments in the data and business intelligence area
Digging in complex problems and can use analytical insight to find the way to a solution

Desired Skills/Competencies:
Work and think at a Higher Professional Educational level
Have experience with data modelling
Knowledge of Data Warehouse architectures
Excellent SQL-skills
Experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS). Certification is a plus
Are familiar with working with Visual Studio and version control (GIT)
Excellent social and communicative skills
Intermediate strong English level
