We represent an Educational web platform with tutors from all over the world, an interactive mobile game to make your learNing process even better. AllRight is recognized as the best kidβs brand of the 2020 year in Poland and gAined 10 000+ active users worldwide.
Currently, AllRight is looking for an Analyst to improve the product based on data-driven methodology.
Your tasks will be:
β’β To develop an analytics system for all contact-center departments (working with PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau, Metabase); β’β Create dashboards for different teams; β’β Analyze usersβ behaviour; β’β Segment users according to various parameters; β’β Calculate LTV and CAC; β’β Create cohort reports. β’β Build predictive models of behaviour, transformation.
Requirements:
β’β 3+ years of experience in analytics; β’β Experience in segmentation of the client base; β’β Good knowledge of SQL and practical use of one of the programming languages (Python, R); β’β Knowledge of mathematics and statistic; β’β Experience with big dat; β’β Knowledge of English is not less than Intermediate.
Will be a plus:
β’β Experience in online Education niche (EdTech); β’β Working with the customer service process.
