Operations Manager (offline)

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of working experience in business operations or finance.
MS Office tools familiarity, including deep knowledge of Excel.
Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, take initiative, time management, and be able to handle many moving pieces at once.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good social and presentation skills.
Multiple stakeholders project management experience will be an advantage.

Responsibility:

Assist CEO in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the business operations.
Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics.
Design and implement processes within the Company.
