Junior Service Desk Coordinator / Support Specialist (offline)

Project Description
It is a project to support corporate business systems which help automate Luxoft internal business operations.

There are about 13000 employees in Luxoft spread over different locations in Switzerland, UK, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Great Britain, USA, etc.
All of the Luxoft employees are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance. We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.

Responsibilities
Assigning ServiceDesk requests
Controlling ServiceDesk requests execution and SLA
Other ServiceDesk requests coordination
Technical support of corporate information systems users
Preparing statistics on user requests

Skills
Must have

High Education
MS Office (advanced Excel user, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
Good communication skills
Nice to have
SQL
Support or coordinator experience

Languages
Russian: C2 Proficient
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
