Required skills:
- 5+ years of online marketing experience in IT company;
- Understanding of key marketing concepts;
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, MailChimp, Google Docs, TAG, Google My Business, etc.;
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SMM, AdWords, Remarketing, Design;
- Experience in organizing marketing events (online/offline);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Perfect organizational skills and a positive work ethic;
- English level — Upper-intermediate and higher.
- Experience in team management.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing, implementing and analysis the Digital Marketing - Strategy to increase conversion (new clients / new candidates) for each of the attraction channels;
- Improvement relationship with current clients (+ Net Promoter Score);
Promotion Company HR Brand;
- Marketing research, competitors’ analysis;
- Managing PPC campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube);
- Content marketing: creating blog posts, case studies, website content;
- Email-marketing;
- Corporate website development;
- Offline marketing activities (events);

- Team Management.
