Digital Recruiter (offline)

The main directions of positions: Digital (Analysis, Creative, Digital, Media, Non-Media), back office.

There are 5 people in the recruitment team now. The average number of vacancies for one recruiter is from 6 to 10 per month depending on the level of difficulty. Work within the team is built with maximum care for people, without confusing KPIs but with a 100% focus on results. Love of our work and the candidate's desire to develop in recruiting is very important for us. The volume of tasks and quality requirements are high, it will be definitely fun and interesting, sometimes not easy.

All processes are systematized and organized, recruitment and HR functions are separated in our company. It's an unreal buzz when there is order everywhere and you don't need to be a unicorn and many-armed shiva, you can just do your job with pleasure and develop relevant cross-skills in your profession!

Suggestions for the candidate:

- Work experience of at least 1 years as an internal recruiter (work experience in digital / recruitment agencies / IT companies will be an advantage).
- Understanding of digital market, knowledge of key players in this market.
- Good sourcing skills and skills in work with social networks, LinkedIn and other web resources.
- Understanding of the full cycle of recruitment flow. Knowledge of modern interviewing techniques.
- Good negotiation skills, systems thinking, autonomy.
- Spelling literacy (Russian), knowledge of English will be an advantage.

What candidate will do:
- Hire a lot of good new people in teams and departments within the framework of a recruitment plan: market analysis, drawing up a search map, choosing optimal channels for research and constantly searching for new advertising channels, conducting briefs and prescrins with hiring managers and candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining communication and support candidates at all stages of negotiations, preparation of job offers for final candidates, work with counter-offers if necessary, preparation of documents on final candidates, verification of recommendations.
- Work with team leads and hiring managers: collect requirements, brief them so that for every vacancy there is a clear answer - why the best people should work in this particular position. Assist hiring managers in preparing quality and structured interviews.
- Make an experiments with interviews: the team is constantly looking for new ways, methods and questions, the main task of which is to notice and hire the best candidate ever! Important: the company selects candidates not only by hard skills but also primarily by values.
- Build an external HR brand. Always remember that a candidate who has not approached an open position today can become an excellent employee tomorrow in another department. And when you open a position that is relevant to him - to remind about the company.
- Maintain internal CRM system and reporting.

- Market salary which depends on the experience and skills of the candidate. The duration of the trial period is 2 months.
